ABOUT THE ROLE Join the sales team at an AI-powered hospitality software company, helping hotels, short-term rental managers, and multi-property operators automate guest communications and improve booking outcomes. You will own the sales process from prospecting through close and help refine the sales playbook as the business grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full sales cycle, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, discovery, tailored demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and develop a territory of named accounts through thoughtful, data-informed outreach.
- Sell to hospitality operators and business leaders, connecting operational needs to measurable business outcomes.
- Use customer and property data to quantify potential improvements in booking conversion, guest support costs, and revenue.
- Customize demonstrations around each prospect's workflows and property management systems.
- Meet quota, identify opportunities to improve the sales playbook, and share effective practices with the team.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and operator communities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to five years of B2B sales experience, including at least three years in a sales role, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience owning the full sales cycle, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and using CRM and outbound prospecting tools.
- Experience at a Series B to Series C startup and prior management experience.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Hospitality technology experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with property management systems, online travel distribution, reservations, occupancy, and guest support operations.
- Experience selling to financial services or lending organizations is also relevant.
- Strong discovery, communication, forecasting, and pipeline management skills. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: $180,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
