Lead ML engineering across LLM training, fine-tuning, ASR, inference optimisation, model validation and production ML systems; define team ownership, workflows, roadmap priorities and engineering standards.
Requirements & qualifications
Proven experience leading ML engineering teams or complex ML workstreams; deep background in LLMs, ASR and production ML; knowledge of pre-training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, model validation, quantisation and serving frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang or NVIDIA Triton; strong autonomy and communication.
