The consortium also purchases health insurance meeting EACEA minimum requirements. The programme notes that some study-visit, winter-school and specific travel/visa costs remain the student's responsibility.

Applicants need a bachelor's degree comprising at least three years at a recognized higher-education institution, normally at least Upper Second/2.1 where applicable and GPA 3.17/4.0 or equivalent. Tips for this scholarship
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Choose one mobility track and verify the compulsory mobility rule against your country of residence.
- Submit by 1 December 2026 and indicate scholarship interest in the online application; there is no separate scholarship application.
- Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
- Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
- Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
- Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.
