1. Sergeant

Location: Bindura Employment Type: Permanent (Onsite)

Qualifications And Experience

• Five O-Levels, including Mathematics, English and Science.

• Diploma in Security Management or a related field.

• Good report-writing and communication skills.

• Good computer literacy and report-writing skills.

• At least two years’ experience in a mining environment.

• Experience in the uniformed forces is an added advantage.

• Diploma in Security Management, Aviation, GIS, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.

• Experience operating surveillance drones equipped with thermal and night-vision cameras.

• Valid Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) or Drone Pilot Licence recognised by the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ).

• Good computer literacy and report-writing skills.

• At least three years’ experience in a mining environment.

5. Planned Maintenance Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop, schedule and oversee preventive and planned maintenance programmes to ensure equipment reliability, operational availability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the mining industry in a similar role.

6. Crane Operator

Duties And Responsibilities

The successful candidate will operate and control cranes to lift, move, position and load materials and equipment, conduct routine inspections and comply with safety procedures.

Qualifications And Experience

• Crane Operator Certificate.
• Class 2 driver’s licence.
• Valid defensive driving licence.
• At least five years’ working experience.
