Full job description
The consultant advises the survey coordinator and sampling/data-processing experts across survey planning, questionnaire design, sampling, training, fieldwork, data processing and analysis, reporting, dissemination and archiving while maintaining MICS methods and standards.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a master's degree in statistics, economics, sociology, demography, development studies, international relations, monitoring and evaluation, research, data science or another relevant field, with the stated bachelor's-plus-additional-experience substitution where approved. At least eight years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, statistics, data analysis, research, information management or official statistics is required, together with large-scale survey expertise and fluency in Russian. Working knowledge of English is an asset.
