National Patient Engagement Director – ATTR & Sickle Cell Disease (SCD)

Our partner is looking for a National Patient Engagement Director – ATTR & Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) based in United States. This senior leadership role will shape and execute the national patient engagement strategy across two critical Specialty Care therapeutic areas: Transthyretin Amyloidosis (ATTR) and Sickle Cell Disease (SCD). You will lead a national field organization of eight Community Navigators supporting patients, advocacy groups, and community partners. The role combines strategic leadership, team development, budget ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and community engagement. You will translate patient and community insights into actionable strategies that strengthen engagement and improve support across both disease areas. Working closely with commercial, medical, legal, compliance, and other enterprise partners, you will ensure initiatives are impactful, coordinated, and appropriately governed. A strong focus on health equity will be essential, particularly when addressing the needs of underserved patient populations. This is a high-visibility, field-based opportunity requiring significant travel and the ability to lead effectively across complex healthcare environments.
