National Chung Hsing University allows new international degree-seeking applicants for Spring 2027 master's and PhD admission to request an NCHU scholarship within the admission application.
Complete scholarship details
The NCHU scholarship has two components: a partial or full tuition waiver and, for a limited number of recipients, a monthly stipend of NT$6,000 or NT$8,000. Insurance, accommodation and computer usage fees are not included in the tuition waiver. For new Spring students, the scholarship runs from February through July. The Spring 2027 admission and scholarship application window is 15 August to 30 September 2026.
