This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Network Operations Coordinator 4 based in United States. This role supports the effective administration and maintenance of provider network operations across health plans. You will manage critical provider data, including demographics, rates, contracts, and related operational information. The position also coordinates provider audits, credentialing activities, service and relationship processes, and contract management systems. You’ll help identify and address provider service issues while ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule. The role offers significant ownership, with opportunities to coordinate administrative teams and external vendors. Success requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidence working independently. This is a remote opportunity within a collaborative, deadline-driven healthcare environment.

Manage provider data across health plans, including demographics, reimbursement rates, contract intent, and other key information. Coordinate provider audits, service and relationship activities, credentialing processes, and contract management systems. Manage intake and resolution processes for perceived provider service failures, ensuring issues are tracked and addressed appropriately. Establish and manage daily priorities for administrative work groups and external vendors, coordinating activities and monitoring progress against schedules and goals. Serve as the primary administrative owner for assigned processes, programs, products, or technologies. Oversee the work of others when required, ensuring deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations. Use data analysis to identify trends, support operational decisions, and improve provider network processes. Apply sound judgment and work with minimal supervision while operating within established guidelines and procedures. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment involving providers, payors, healthcare facilities, or related organizations. Demonstrated data analytics experience, with the ability to review information, identify trends, and support operational decision-making. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including strong proficiency with Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with limited oversight. Experience with provider credentialing is preferred. Previous experience working with healthcare claims is preferred. Experience reviewing, loading, interpreting, or managing provider contracts is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with internal teams, providers, and external partners. Benefits Annual salary range of $53,100–$72,500 , depending on location, skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week .
