Flexible Per Diem Scheduling: Pick up 12-hour shifts as needed. Competitive Pay: Earn $35–$40/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. No ADLs: Clients are independent with bathing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene. No IVs, Ports, or Midlines. No Catheters. No Blood Draws: Our contracted national laboratory handles blood collection. Minimal Physical Demands: No heavy lifting or prolonged periods of standing and walking. Electronic Medication Records: Use our active eMAR system instead of paper MARs. What You'll Do Complete nursing assessments for new admissions. Administer medications and educate clients about their medications. Monitor clients and follow withdrawal management protocols, including COWS and CIWA assessments. Coordinate with medical providers to support initial assessments and medication management appointments. Communicate client care needs and help guide LPNs in their care responsibilities and assignments. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia. Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications.
