Provider: Organization of American States The program is open to college students from an OAS Member State who wish to study abroad in another OAS Member State. Applicants must have completed the first two years of an undergraduate degree (or have an associate’s degree) and possess the language competence to undertake studies at their chosen university. Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements.
