The 2026 OAS partner call offers online Spanish-language degree scholarships across UNIR Spain, EP NEWMAN and UNIR México. Participating official UNIR bachelor's and master's programmes, EP NEWMAN master's programmes and UNIR México master's programmes carry a 60% tuition reduction. For Fall 2026, UNIR Spain and EP NEWMAN scholarship deadlines are 19 October 2026; UNIR México closes 26 October 2026. A UNIR bachelor's award applies only to the first academic year of the four-year degree. Admission charges, document translation/authentication, study materials, degree-processing charges and other unspecified costs are not covered.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be citizens or permanent legal residents of an OAS member state other than Nicaragua, may not study in their own country of origin under this call, must be admitted to a participating programme, must not hold another OAS academic scholarship at the same study level, and must demonstrate ability to finance costs not covered by the scholarship. Haiti is an OAS member state.
