The OEI and Universidad Europea programme offers 30 scholarships in the Fall 2026 round. Each covers 50% of tuition for eligible official online master's programmes starting in October 2026. Applicants complete Universidad Europea admission before scholarship selection.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must meet Universidad Europea admission requirements, hold nationality and/or legal residence in an Ibero-American country, and have the resources to cover costs not funded by the scholarship.
