Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities and workplace services, ensuring a professional and consistently client-ready environment. Manage relationships with the landlord, building management, utilities, vendors and service providers. Coordinate procurement, office supplies, furniture, maintenance, repairs and office improvements. Coordinate with IT on employee equipment, workplace setup, access and meeting-room technology. Liaise with relevant local authorities and external providers on office-related matters. Provide operational and technical support for client meetings, conferences and corporate events, coordinating room setup, catering, vendors, AV/video-conferencing equipment and on-site logistics. Provide on-site support during events and ensure any facilities, technical or vendor issues are resolved promptly. Support visits of clients, partners and senior management, maintaining a high standard of workplace and guest experience.
1-3 years of experience in Office Management / Facilities, preferably in an international and client-facing environment. Strong practical experience in facilities, procurement, landlord and vendor management. Experience supporting corporate events, conferences and client meetings, including their operational and technical setup. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and suppliers independently. Professional communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach. Fluent English, written and spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus Right to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship Availability to start at short notice is a strong advantage
