Full job description
The role sets long-term people strategy, oversees HR and corporate operations, develops department leaders, drives recruitment and talent innovation, manages staff feedback and communications, and supports labor-law compliance and HR risk management. The contract is for one year and is renewable.
Requirements & qualifications
University degree or master's degree in law, human resources management or a related field; at least five years of experience in human resources management and/or large or complex management; demonstrated people-management and team-development experience; English and French required, with Kirundi an added advantage.
