The supervisor supports the Area/Shift Manager, monitors workflows and site performance, coaches associates, helps implement process improvements and uses operational data to improve safety, quality and productivity. Requirements & qualifications
Advanced written and spoken Italian is required, together with substantial experience analysing operational data and professional use of Microsoft Office. Stakeholder management, operations, logistics, retail, hospitality or customer-service experience and English are listed as preferred.
