Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to develop clear design specifications, security documentation, testing plans, and deployment instructions. Excellent verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary technical teams. Ability to adapt to changing business processes, security requirements, technologies, and project environments while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Experience working with U.S. Marine Corps or Department of Defense cybersecurity processes is highly desirable.
