Monitor public relations and communications industry news to identify timely opportunities for prospect engagement and meaningful conversations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, sales activities, and performance reports within Salesforce or comparable CRM systems. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align prospecting initiatives, improve lead quality, and accelerate pipeline development. Balance high-volume outreach with personalized engagement while maintaining consistent activity standards across assigned market segments. Track performance against key metrics, including meetings booked and held, qualified sales opportunities generated, and revenue sourced. Requirements: At least one year of experience in a SaaS Sales Development Representative role or previous experience in public relations is preferred. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages that capture attention and encourage responses. Confident phone presence and the ability to establish rapport, engage prospects, and maintain productive conversations. A proactive, self-motivated, and accountable mindset, with a strong desire to learn, improve, and exceed performance goals. Excellent relationship-building skills, genuine curiosity, and a clear interest in sales and customer engagement. Comfort working with sales technology, CRM platforms, and productivity tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar applications. A willingness to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and the quality of sales execution. Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous professional development. Ability to work remotely from an eligible location in the United States, with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zone business hours. Willingness to travel up to 10% for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events, including attendance at an annual team offsite, typically held in Mexico. Benefits: Competitive compensation: U.S. base salary of $53,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $68,000 or more through commissions. Compensation is location-neutral within the United States and determined by experience, skills, role level, and internal equity. Professional development: Clear career progression and internal mobility opportunities, biannual performance reviews, team workshops, leadership training, and unlimited access to Coursera and O’Reilly learning resources.
