Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative based in the United States. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling. You will connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions that support their business goals. Working remotely, you will manage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. You will collaborate with the sales leadership team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to broader business objectives. This role offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a technology-enabled business services environment. The ideal candidate is motivated by results, thrives on building customer relationships, and enjoys working independently in a performance-driven setting.
Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, primarily through phone calls, to engage prospective customers and introduce relevant services. Identify customer needs, understand their challenges, and recommend solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Follow up consistently on warm and cold leads from various sources to maintain engagement and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. Convert qualified prospects into customers by effectively presenting solutions, addressing objections, and closing sales. Provide responsive customer support by phone and email, answering questions and resolving concerns throughout the sales process. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to overall team revenue and performance goals. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to deliver an excellent customer experience and encourage long-term business partnerships. Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication with sales leadership and staying focused on performance objectives. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling both cold and warm sales outreach. Inbound sales experience is a plus, while direct industry experience is highly preferred. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and consistently delivering measurable results. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence prospects, handle objections, and negotiate effectively. Experience in business services is highly desirable, particularly in a customer-focused, consultative sales environment. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus but is not required. A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, with the discipline to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize activities, and achieve targets independently. The ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, maintain productivity, and collaborate with a sales team. Benefits Competitive compensation: Base salary of $35,000 per year, with on-target earnings of $70,000–$75,000 per year, including performance-based incentives. Health coverage: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee-only plans. Financial protection: Life insurance and disability insurance. Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with an employer match. Remote flexibility: Fully remote work model, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. Family support: Parental leave benefits. Team engagement: Company events and opportunities to connect with colleagues. Employee referrals: Referral program offering opportunities to contribute to team growth.
