As a Paid Media Manager, you will lead paid search strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of clients across luxury real estate, travel, B2B, and restaurant industries. You will take ownership of campaign performance, combining strategic planning with hands-on optimization to maximize return on advertising spend. Managing multiple client accounts and budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1 million per month, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive measurable results. You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media platforms, ensuring budgets and bidding strategies align with client objectives. This role requires an experienced specialist who can quickly assess existing accounts, identify performance gaps, and implement effective improvements independently. You will also communicate insights and recommendations clearly, helping clients make informed decisions that strengthen their marketing performance. Working remotely within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones, you will join a fast-growing digital marketing environment that values expertise, accountability, and results.

You will own the strategy, execution, and ongoing performance of paid search campaigns, ensuring that every optimization supports client objectives and delivers measurable business value. Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant paid advertising platforms. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining strong performance and consistent optimization across the portfolio. Oversee monthly advertising budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1 million, ensuring effective budget pacing and allocation. Optimize bidding strategies, campaign structures, targeting, and performance settings to improve efficiency and return on investment. Monitor campaign performance regularly, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations. Take ownership of existing accounts, quickly evaluate their performance, and develop actionable strategies to address challenges and unlock growth. Prepare clear performance reports and deliver strategic recommendations that help clients understand results and make informed decisions. Balance long-term campaign strategy with disciplined day-to-day account management and continuous performance improvement. Maintain a strong focus on client success, ensuring that paid media initiatives align with broader business and marketing goals. Work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results without requiring extensive day-to-day supervision. Requirements: The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced paid search professional with a strong agency background, a proven record of campaign success, and the ability to manage complex accounts independently from day one. At least 10 years of experience in strategic and hands-on paid search management. At least 8 years of experience working within a digital marketing agency. Demonstrated experience managing five or more client accounts simultaneously. Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1 million. Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid advertising platforms. Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, bidding, budget pacing, optimization, and return-on-investment measurement. A proven track record of improving campaign performance and delivering measurable results for clients. Ability to assess existing accounts quickly, identify priorities, and begin contributing effectively within the first few days. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into practical optimization strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present performance insights and recommendations confidently to clients. A high degree of independence, initiative, accountability, and organizational ability. A client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering business outcomes rather than simply completing tasks. Availability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones. Benefits: The position offers competitive compensation, a remote working arrangement, and benefits designed to support employee well-being and professional growth. Annual salary: $85,000–$100,000. Work arrangement: Fully remote, with hiring limited to candidates in the Eastern and Central U.S. time zones. Healthcare: Health and vision benefits. Tax-advantaged accounts: Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with employer matching. Paid time off: Unlimited paid time off (PTO). Professional development: Financial assistance for professional development and continued learning.
