Overview
PASRES is accepting 2027 doctoral research proposals from young researchers enrolled in doctoral training schools in Côte d’Ivoire. The call supports research aligned with Côte d’Ivoire’s 2026–2030 national development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Complete scholarship details
Selected doctoral research projects may run for up to 36 months. The research budget requested from PASRES must not exceed 6,000,000 CFA francs. Eligible cost categories stated in the memorandum include small IT equipment, supplies and consumables, documentation, travel for data collection, additional labour and scientific publication costs. Applications must be paginated, written in French and submitted electronically using the PASRES forms and required documents.
Eligibility requirements
Doctoral candidates who are regularly enrolled in doctoral training schools are eligible. The call covers exact sciences; energy, engineering and technology; medical sciences; environment and biodiversity; social sciences and humanities; letters, arts, communication and languages; and digital science and artificial intelligence. Female applications are strongly encouraged.
