Develop and deliver high-quality client meeting agendas, reports, analytics, presentations, and actionable recommendations. Analyze program performance to identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and stronger value delivery. Identify partner needs and feedback and translate them into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders. Manage implementation and account-management processes to position partners for successful program adoption and long-term performance. Navigate competing priorities and complex organizational structures while maintaining clear communication and accountability across stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Previous experience in healthcare, with experience working with managed care organizations or health plans strongly preferred. Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and concurrent initiatives with different stakeholders and priorities. Strong project-management capabilities, including experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams against demanding timelines. Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, particularly payer and provider organizations. Proven ability to establish trusted relationships and navigate complex organizations with multiple roles, responsibilities, and decision-makers. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate program KPIs and performance insights. Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that support operational excellence and client value. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished client-facing reports, agendas, and presentations. Ability to represent both partner needs and internal priorities thoughtfully and effectively.
