Full job description
- Ensure all payroll-related tasks, including administration, salary calculation, and timely payment of wages,social security contributions, and taxes
- Manage payroll processes autonomously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlines
- Handle monthly tax and social security declarations, as well as annual obligations and support duringfiscal controls
- Participate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers
- Ensure the administration and payment of supplementary pension schemes
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of applicable labor, social security, and tax regulations
- Support continuous improvement of HR administration and payroll processes
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel budget
- Provide payroll-related data for accounting closings (accruals, reconciliations, provisions, etc.)
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit support for HR Services
- Participate in the customization and improvement of HRIS tools
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in payroll administration inLuxembourg
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting (provisions, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)
- Familiar with at least one payroll tool; experience with HR Information Systems is considered an asset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
- Able to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Team player with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements & qualifications
