Your role:

As a People Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees throughout their journey with us—from pre‑boarding to off‑boarding. You’ll handle day‑to‑day HR operations, ensure full compliance with UAE labour legislation, and partner closely with our PRO, Finance, IT, and insurance providers. This role is ideal for an HR professional who loves process excellence, has a strong service mindset, and thrives in a multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities:

Pre‑boarding & On‑boarding

  • End-to-end onboarding management
  • Maintain E-files of all employees compliant with the internal policy.
  • Collect hiring documents, coordinate IT setup, and schedule orientation.
  • Liaise with UAE PRO on entry visas, work permits, and Emirates ID issuance.
  • Prepare employee files in line with GDPR and local data‑privacy rules.

Employee Support

  • Serve as the HR help‑desk, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Issue HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and add dependents to visas.

Visas & Immigration

  • Drive end‑to‑end Golden Visa applications for employees and dependents.
  • Monitor visa/EID/contract expiries, ensuring 100% timely renewals.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage medical insurance enrolments, claims, deletions; reconcile monthly invoices.
  • Recommend benefit enhancements based on employee feedback.

Off‑boarding

  • Collect assets, deactivate system access, and complete visa cancellations.
  • Issue end‑of‑service letters and final settlement instructions.

Compliance & Policy

  • Keep HR policies current with UAE labour law and DIFC/Free‑Zone updates.
  • Maintain audit‑ready records and support external/internal audits.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years in an HR operations or People Associate role within the UAE.
  • Solid grasp of UAE Labour Law, free‑zone regulations, and visa processes.
  • Solid Experience in Payroll is highly desirable
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Zoho people) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Clear, empathetic written & verbal communication (English a must; Arabic a plus).
  • Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Golden Visa procedures and payroll coordination is highly desirable.
