Requirements: Relevant experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent, with practical involvement in coordination, employee or candidate support, and administrative processes. Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain clear trackers, meet deadlines, and carefully review records and documentation. Proactive mindset: Willingness to anticipate next steps, follow up independently, take ownership of routine responsibilities, and flag potential issues early. Strong communication skills: Clear, empathetic, and professional communication, combined with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and colleagues. Adaptability and willingness to learn: Ability to navigate unfamiliar systems, learn new processes, ask thoughtful questions, and incorporate feedback.
