Full job description
The role partners with Wave call-center support teams on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee records and accommodations, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, exits, policy compliance, engagement and retention.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates need a degree in HR, labour law or a related field, fluency in English and French, and at least three years of experience across HR management, recruitment and employee experience. Work authorization in Mali or Burkina Faso is required.
