Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Partner based in Brazil. In this role, you will drive profitable growth by combining paid acquisition, website monetization, and data-driven optimization to maximize revenue and return on advertising spend. You will manage paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, making strategic investment decisions based on profitability rather than traffic volume alone. Using performance analytics, you will identify high-impact opportunities, scale successful campaigns, and optimize underperforming activities to improve financial results. You will also take ownership of website monetization, experimenting with advertising placements, navigation, affiliate offers, and content structures to increase revenue per user session. AI tools and automation will be central to your approach, helping you scale campaigns, generate content, and streamline workflows while maintaining quality and profitability. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional to work autonomously in a fully remote, results-driven environment where initiative, experimentation, and measurable business impact are highly valued.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, including Search and Discovery, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. Manage advertising budgets with a strong focus on profitability, balancing acquisition costs against revenue and contribution margins to ensure sustainable growth. Monitor campaign performance, evaluate return on advertising spend (ROAS), identify profitable opportunities, and scale high-performing campaigns while reducing investment in underperforming activities. Analyze monetization and yield metrics, including Session RPM and Page RPM, to understand revenue performance and identify opportunities to increase the value generated by each website visit. Optimize website monetization strategies by testing advertising placements, page layouts, pagination logic, navigation structures, affiliate offers, and related revenue-generating elements. Conduct A/B tests and structured experiments to improve user journeys, increase revenue per session, and maximize the effectiveness of display advertising and other monetization channels. Build, modify, and iterate on website structures and user flows to improve monetization performance and support scalable revenue growth. Leverage artificial intelligence tools, large language models (LLMs), and automation workflows to scale campaign management, produce SEO-friendly content, and generate advertising creatives efficiently. Maintain appropriate human oversight of AI-generated content and automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, quality, relevance, and alignment with performance objectives. Apply the 80/20 principle to prioritize high-impact activities, focusing resources on the campaigns, websites, and optimization initiatives that contribute most significantly to profitable growth. Monitor performance data, identify emerging trends, and translate analytical insights into actionable strategies for acquisition, monetization, and revenue optimization. Take ownership of campaign results and allocated budgets, make independent decisions, and continuously identify new opportunities to improve financial performance. Requirements: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid traffic campaigns through Google Ads, particularly Search and Discovery, and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, campaign optimization, audience targeting, budget allocation, and profitable customer or traffic acquisition. Proven ability to manage paid traffic with direct accountability for profitability, net profit, or contribution margin rather than focusing exclusively on cost per acquisition (CPA) or traffic volume. Strong knowledge of advertising and monetization metrics, including return on advertising spend (ROAS), Session RPM, and Page RPM, with the ability to use these indicators to guide strategic decisions. Practical experience optimizing websites for revenue generation, including advertising placements, navigation, page layouts, pagination, affiliate offers, or other monetization elements. Experience conducting A/B tests and using performance data to evaluate hypotheses, improve conversion or monetization outcomes, and maximize revenue per session. Advanced proficiency with AI tools, large language models, and automation workflows to support campaign management, content production, advertising creative development, and operational efficiency. Ability to create and scale SEO-friendly content and advertising assets through AI-assisted workflows while maintaining quality and appropriate human review. Strong analytical and financial thinking, with the ability to evaluate the relationship between advertising spend, revenue, monetization yield, and overall profitability. An entrepreneurial mindset, with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and comfort making independent decisions in a performance-driven environment. Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, particularly the ability to identify the activities that generate the greatest business impact and allocate resources accordingly. Adaptability and willingness to experiment with new tools, advertising platforms, monetization strategies, and automation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, international environment with flexible working arrangements and accountability for measurable results. Willingness to provide professional or character references from previous employers as part of the hiring process. Benefits: Competitive compensation: A salary structure that takes into account your experience and local cost of living. Performance-oriented earning potential: An opportunity to increase earnings based on profitable growth and measurable results, with compensation described as uncapped in the original posting. 100% remote work: Work from Brazil or another approved location, with the flexibility to choose where you work. Flexible working hours: Greater autonomy over your schedule to support productivity and work-life balance. International team retreats: Opportunities to meet colleagues in person, strengthen professional relationships, and build connections across the global team. Continuous professional development: Access to ongoing training, learning opportunities, and resources to develop your marketing and technical expertise. Autonomy and ownership: Take responsibility for campaigns, monetization strategies, and growth initiatives while making data-driven decisions. AI-driven working environment: Apply modern AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, optimize performance, and scale marketing operations. Growth opportunities: Develop expertise across paid acquisition, website monetization, revenue optimization, and performance analytics.
