About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in PingFederate and Ping Identity technologies. This role will focus on supporting, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and identity federation platforms. The successful candidate will provide production support, resolve complex authentication issues, and ensure the stability and security of enterprise identity services. Participation in an on-call rotation is required.

Fixed Term Contract 3 Months with possible extension. Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PingFederate in enterprise production environments. Support SSO and identity federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Configure and troubleshoot PingFederate IdP/SP connections, authentication adapters, policies, and integrations. Support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications. Investigate authentication failures, token issues, certificate errors, and federation outages. Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. Perform platform upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and system health monitoring. Collaborate with IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to improve platform performance and reliability. Maintain technical documentation and support disaster recovery and change management activities.

5–7+ years of experience in IT application support, IAM, or enterprise authentication. Strong hands-on PingFederate administration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience. Solid knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise SSO. Experience with PingFederate federation connections, authentication policies, and application integrations. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience with JSON, PowerShell, Git, and regular expressions. Strong production support, incident management, and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience. Experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, or PingOne. Experience with PingFederate upgrades, migrations, and high-availability environments. Knowledge of PKI, certificates, encryption, networking, and security protocols. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
