The Platforms Go-To-Market Director will lead the commercialization, market expansion, and revenue growth of an innovative portfolio of enterprise technology solutions across North America. Reporting to senior regional and global business leaders, this role will translate global business priorities into actionable go-to-market strategies that drive measurable commercial results. The successful candidate will connect market intelligence, customer needs, product capabilities, and sales execution to accelerate adoption and deliver lasting client value. Working across sales, product management, marketing, presales, and delivery teams, the Director will oversee complex enterprise opportunities and strengthen executive-level client relationships. This leadership position also involves developing scalable commercialization frameworks, identifying emerging market opportunities, and guiding a team toward ambitious growth objectives. The role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy within a global, matrixed technology environment, with remote flexibility and regular collaboration across regional and international teams.

Develop and lead the annual go-to-market strategy and operating plan for the enterprise technology portfolio across North America, translating global priorities into actionable regional initiatives. Define target markets, priority accounts, sales tactics, performance indicators, and stakeholder responsibilities to support sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Establish repeatable go-to-market frameworks for launching, positioning, selling, and scaling technology products and digital solutions. Align regional sales teams, industry leaders, and client executives around strategic opportunities, ensuring consistent execution and accountability. Conduct regular business reviews covering sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, commercial performance, emerging risks, and strategic priorities. Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial identification and qualification through discovery, proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract closure, and account expansion. Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue, profitability, and broader business objectives. Conduct executive-level client discovery sessions to understand business priorities, operational challenges, workflows, and desired outcomes. Position technology solutions around measurable business benefits, including cost optimization, operational efficiency, business growth, and competitive differentiation. Coordinate product demonstrations and oversee the development of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with product, presales, and other relevant teams. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, manage commercial negotiations, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Develop and execute commercialization and launch strategies for new and existing products, managing activities across positioning, messaging, internal enablement, launch coordination, and customer adoption. Translate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends into product requirements, market positioning, and recommendations for product roadmaps. Identify emerging technologies, unmet customer needs, competitive gaps, and new market opportunities to expand the portfolio's reach and commercial potential. Coordinate with regional and global sales, marketing, product, development, presales, delivery, partner, and alliance teams to support effective execution. Maintain continuity throughout the client lifecycle, from initial engagement and contracting through implementation, delivery, and expansion. Help ensure solutions meet client expectations and contractual commitments while supporting revenue targets, delivery quality, and profitability objectives. Support appropriate governance of client, partner, and alliance agreements. Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and individual contributors, establishing measurable objectives and regularly reviewing individual and team performance. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, professional development, and customer-focused execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting, enterprise software, digital solutions, product marketing, sales, or a related field. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight timelines. A customer-focused, resourceful, and collaborative approach, with a commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
