The best is yet to come!     Why you want this job   100% remote work flexibility Competitive earning opportunities featuring incentive pay that averages $16 per hour   The details   Start Date: 11/2/26   Training and working remotely from approved locations: North Carolina, Texas and Utah Training: 4 weeks (10AM – 5 PM MST, M-F) Full-time (40 hours per week) Starting base pay:  $12.00 per hour + bonus potential (uncapped) Shifts will be in the afternoon/evenings (ex. 2:30pm-11pm MT) Required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every weekend     What you’ll do   Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound images from customers and eye care providers Process an average of 125 items per hour (Approximately 875 items in an 8-hour shift) Follow standardized processes (using gaming mice, hot keys, screen layout, workflow, etc.) to achieve the best customer experience and remain compliant Respond to emails and text messages from customers regarding their prescriptions Advise customers regarding any order adjustments Interact directly with customers through email, text messages and sometimes via the phone Abide by 1-800 Contacts policies and procedures as identified and amended from time to time Live the company values:  Big Hearted , Unconventional , Tenacious , Better Together Perform other duties as assigned by managers     What you'll need   High school diploma or equivalent experience Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and  technical proficiency Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality High adaptability and change agility Solution-oriented, positive, and driven mindset Self-motivated and competitive with excellent memorization skills Reliable attendance and commitment to working scheduled shifts       Why you'll love us   Ownership of your development with support from leaders dedicated to fostering growth Collaborate with an incredible team of highly motivated individuals Bi-annual performance reviews A safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment     Perks   Amazing medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match Free eye exams for your immediate family and dependents Deep discounts on contact lenses, glasses lenses and glasses frames Tuition reimbursement for eligible courses       Approved remote working locations (permanent residence): North Carolina, Texas and Utah     We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
