Provide NetSuite expertise and guidance: Advise clients on standard platform functionality, ERP best practices, industry standards, and opportunities to improve their business processes and technology environments. Drive service improvement initiatives: Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance managed services maturity, operational efficiency, delivery consistency, and the overall quality of client support. Mentor and develop consulting teams: Train team members, share technical and functional knowledge, and support the development of consulting capabilities across geographically distributed teams. Strengthen integrations and business systems: Guide clients on application integrations involving tools such as Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp, supporting connections with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, third-party logistics providers, Salesforce, and payroll systems. Develop performance dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators, identify emerging risks, and support proactive improvements to client environments. Coordinate cross-functional and international teams: Facilitate collaboration across regions and disciplines to ensure consistent service delivery, effective communication, and alignment with client priorities. Requirements Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is also suitable. NetSuite expertise: At least four years of hands-on NetSuite experience covering configuration, implementation, consulting, administration, technical support, and issue escalation. Leadership and mentoring: Ability to guide consultants, share expertise, coordinate distributed teams, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Analytical and organizational skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor multiple accounts, prioritize competing demands, and evaluate performance metrics. Communication and collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive and client-focused approach.
