You will influence platform strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure Oracle Cloud remains a trusted and high-performing enterprise service. You will help ensure the platform remains high quality, fit for purpose and well-integrated with other solutions that support end-to-end business processes.Partnering closely with senior business owners, support partners and the wider Digital team, you will lead the governance and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud platform, coordinating business stakeholders to prioritise enhancement opportunities, ensuring investment decisions align with organisational priorities, and overseeing the effective delivery of platform improvements. This includes managing and ensuring the enhancement backlog is prioritised, supporting appropriate access, strengthening the support model, and ensuring quarterly Oracle updates are understood and tested before production deployment.You will stay abreast of Oracle's product roadmap and emerging technologies, helping the Ministry identify opportunities to improve services, simplify processes and realise greater value from its Oracle Cloud investmentYou will turn your advice and recommendations into practical design and implementation. You will also help triage incidents and service requests, manage vendor relationships, monitor licensing and support wider Digital team priorities.The salary range for this role is $145,909 - $178,333 +3.5% Kiwisaver contribution.Ō wheako, ō pukenga | About youYou will bring sound knowledge of application management in an Oracle Cloud context, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business teams, external service providers and technical colleagues.
