Full Job Description

About the Team The IES Agentic Shopping team is defining the future of shopping for emerging markets by building AI-powered shopping experiences. We bring contextual intelligence, hyper-personalization, and multi-modal, vernacular experiences to the customer's everyday shopping journey — making it delightful and effortless.

About the Role We are hiring a Principal Technical Product Manager to define and deliver an AI-powered experience that transforms how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase. You will leverage AI to generate and surface rich, multi-modal content, build personalized and immersive experiences, and seamlessly integrated multi-lingual text and voice interactions.

As the senior product leader for this charter, you will own product strategy, roadmap, and requirements; align stakeholders across the globe; and drive rapid experimentation to continuously raise the bar on delight, relevance, and conversion. You will develop deep expertise in LLM-based automation and agentic system architectures to make informed technical decisions and set a durable product vision.

This is a high-ambiguity, high-impact role at the frontier of applied AI in retail — ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic landscape.

Key Responsibilities Define and own the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered agentic shopping experiences in emerging markets.

Translate strategy into clear requirements, driving execution across global engineering and science teams.

Develop deep knowledge of LLM-based automation and agentic system architectures to inform product and technical decisions.

Drive a culture of rapid experimentation (A/B testing, prototyping) to continuously improve delight, relevance, and conversion.

Align and influence stakeholders across engineering, science, design, and business leadership; balancing competing priorities across multiple workstreams.

Represent the voice of emerging-market customers, grounding the roadmap in real customer behavior and needs.

Key job responsibilities In this role, you will:

  • Drive and execute product strategy and roadmap working backwards from customer requirements in collaboration with engineering technical leadership
  • Assess technical implications of product architecture and optimization decisions
  • Drive technical alignment across dependencies
  • Work directly with software engineering teams to define and execute on new features
  • Produce clear and concise documents such as PRFAQ and PRD documents
  • Write user stories, and validate features meet developer needs
  • Drive feature discussions with customers, engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, balancing technical constraints
  • Find opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers, design features related to these opportunities, and always push to improve our product developer experience
  • Build ecosystem partnerships and stay connected with industry trends
