Drive cross-divisional teams to define success criteria and articulate return on investment for accelerating time to market for the hardware lifecycle; oversee team collaboration and ensure alignment on roadmap and release. Champion the adoption of generative AI tools to streamline planning, feedback-loop synthesis, and engineering-system efficiency, setting a new standard for scalable, data-informed decision-making across the platform. Secure executive support for the company-wide initiatives needed to succeed, maintaining the highest levels of trust and integrity with all stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends in cloud infrastructure and advancements in program management, ensuring our approach and practices remain cutting-edge. Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. Technical design understanding of hyper-scale cloud distributed systems, hardware and data centers, security, compute, networking and storage platforms. Master's degree in computer science or a related field. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 6+ years of technical experience influencing technical roadmaps
