- Work together with different teams within the organization
- Drive automation of repetitive and manual sales tasks
- Identify inefficiencies in daily workflows and propose practical solutions
- Build and maintain automated workflows (e.g., Power Automate, similar tools)
- Work with data (Excel, databases) to enable automation and process improvements
- Ensure data consistency as part of automated processes
- Provide operational support in day-to-day sales activities where needed
We will support your fast integration into the team so you can quickly take ownership of recurring tasks and actively improve how the team operates.
Qualifications and requirements
Qualifications

Active or passive full-time student status (under 25 years old)

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Data, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field

Personality and working style: team player, able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams; strong ownership and proactive mindset; analytical thinking; ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Experience and knowledge:
-
Strong MS Office skills with focus on Excel
-
Basic knowledge of SQL or data processing
-
Experience or strong interest in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n, or similar)
-
Basic understanding of how systems and tools connect (APIs, data flows is a plus)
-
Languages: Advanced (C1) English is mandatory
Working conditions
- 25 hours per week
- Long-term engagement (at least 1 year)
