The successful candidate will support the optimization of AMZL Delivery Stations by contributing to process innovations, developing safe and efficient equipment, and supporting infrastructure design standards. You will partner closely with regional Operations and Operations Support teams to identify best practices and contribute to their establishment as JP AMZL network design standards.

You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Support equipment and process design – Assist in the design, piloting, and deployment of equipment and processes that improve safety, ergonomics, operational cost, capacity, and throughput across AMZL Japan delivery stations, under the guidance of senior engineers.

  3. Execute project delivery – Manage individual projects from concept through implementation, coordinating with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Tech to deliver on time and within budget.

  4. Identify and support solutions to operational challenges – Conduct site visits and data analysis to identify operational pain points, and support the development and validation of engineering solutions that deliver measurable improvements.

  5. Build technical knowledge and reporting skills – Develop technical expertise in assigned areas, prepare progress updates and reports for senior engineers and leadership, and contribute to alignment with network-wide engineering roadmaps.
