Overview • The production technician is responsible for daily operation of loading production and/or unloading raw material and/or operate the plant to make sure safety and quality to meet production requirement Responsibilities Operates and field checks process equipment by following company/local government EH&S policy. Monitor process conditions, equipment conditions and control systems to keep Latex process running smoothly. Physically load/unload, pack & blend or monitor loading/unloading. Daily sample and test process material and products. Uses troubleshooting skills to resolve process-related deviations and problems. Initiate and take part in plant performance improvements works in such as production yield, conversion cost and equipment reliability. Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance. Understands and utilizes the Process Control system for optimal plant operation

Overview
• The production technician is responsible for daily operation of loading production and/or unloading raw material and/or operate the plant to make sure safety and quality to meet production requirement
Responsibilities

Operates and field checks process equipment by following company/local government EH&S policy. Monitor process conditions, equipment conditions and control systems to keep Latex process running smoothly.

Physically load/unload, pack & blend or monitor loading/unloading. Daily sample and test process material and products.

Uses troubleshooting skills to resolve process-related deviations and problems.

Initiate and take part in plant performance improvements works in such as production yield, conversion cost and equipment reliability.

Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance.

Understands and utilizes the Process Control system for optimal plant operation.

Per Operating Discipline perform tasks including preparation and return of equipment to\from maintenance, process quality analysis.

Resolve, record, report and investigate unplanned events linked to EH&S, quality, plant performance, and/or maintenance.
Qualifications

Education: Minimum college diploma in chemical processing; applied chemical science.

Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in operating chemical manufacturing facility.

Communication: Fluent in reading English in a work environment. Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
