Use advanced Excel capabilities and SQL to validate data, investigate issues, perform analysis, and support business decisions. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and commission processes, introducing best practices and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Partner with technology and operations teams to improve commission management systems, resolve system issues, and maintain data integrity. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement compensation plans and resolve complex commission or payment-related issues. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is preferred, particularly in producer commissions, compensation administration, insurance, financial services, or a related operational environment. Strong understanding of commission analysis, compensation plans, workflow administration, reconciliation, and payment processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet analysis and data validation; experience using SQL and relational databases is highly valuable. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to investigate discrepancies, identify trends, and develop practical solutions. Experience working with compliance requirements, quality assurance, system testing, project testing, and data validation. Strong relationship-management and communication skills, with the ability to provide professional support to producers and collaborate effectively with business and technology partners. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when handling sensitive compensation data and multiple concurrent workflows. Ability to interpret complex compensation structures and apply established policies, contracts, and business rules consistently. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Experience with commission management systems or related business applications is an advantage. Benefits Annual base salary of $50,000–$65,300 , depending on experience and qualifications. Additional incentive compensation may be available, including commission or bonus opportunities where applicable. Remote work arrangement within the United States. Comprehensive technology setup for eligible remote employees, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.
