ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small founding product team building AI-powered tools for private-market operations. You will shape the interfaces and workflows that help operations teams review, trust, and act on AI-generated outputs. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns for a complex product.
- Build interfaces that connect users with AI agents and operational data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, handling exceptions, and approving agent outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and inform product improvements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Strong skills in TypeScript and React, with proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or large language model products.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions.
- Private-markets or financial-operations experience is valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: EUR 70,000 to EUR 110,000. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany.
