Lead the evolution of a global B2B supplier network powered by artificial intelligence and extensive procurement data. As Product Management Director, you will define the vision and strategy for AI-driven products that help buyers and suppliers connect, transact, and build trust more effectively. You will shape a two-sided marketplace strategy focused on accelerating network growth, improving supplier success, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. Working across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will turn complex business needs into impactful product experiences. You will also drive product-led growth, intelligent automation, and innovative monetization models. As a senior product leader, you will own the product vision, strategic direction, and execution of key supplier network capabilities. Your work will combine AI innovation, marketplace growth, customer insights, and commercial strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Supplier Network, prioritizing AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent buyer-supplier matching, predictive risk and fraud detection, generative AI for onboarding and insights, autonomous workflows, and adaptive trust and identity verification. Develop and scale two-sided marketplace growth strategies that increase buyer demand, supplier participation, transaction velocity, and network effects while protecting marketplace integrity and buyer trust. Lead product strategy for supplier-facing business models, including subscriptions, premium visibility, marketplace access, sourcing events, APIs, and emerging AI-powered premium services. Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact products from discovery and development through launch and continuous improvement. Drive product-led growth initiatives tailored to enterprise procurement workflows, balancing rapid adoption with long-term platform sustainability and positive network effects. Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand business challenges, validate product opportunities, and develop differentiated solutions for supplier profiles, risk management, trust, and identity verification. Establish north-star metrics and performance frameworks covering network liquidity, activation, monetization, retention, and AI-driven business outcomes. Monitor emerging developments in artificial intelligence, two-sided marketplaces, trust and identity technologies, and spend management to identify new opportunities and maintain product differentiation. Translate market insights, customer feedback, and performance data into clear product priorities and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong track record of scaling B2B SaaS products, growing marketplaces, and delivering measurable commercial results. You should combine strategic thinking and technical understanding with a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead in a fast-moving environment. At least 8 years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of growth, monetization, marketplace, or network products within B2B SaaS organizations. Proven experience scaling two-sided buyer and supplier networks or comparable marketplaces and platforms, with demonstrated success driving adoption and revenue growth. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in enterprise workflows, including predictive analytics, generative AI, intelligent automation, and trust or identity systems. Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, with the ability to influence senior executives and collaborate effectively across multiple functions. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define meaningful metrics and translate insights into product strategy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a high level of accountability. Ability to balance customer needs, commercial objectives, technical feasibility, and long-term platform strategy. Preferred qualifications: Experience with spend management platforms or related solutions in procurement, accounts payable, or supplier risk management. Background working with B2B trust and identity providers or supplier verification companies, including solutions for vendor fraud prevention, bank account validation, and identity verification. Strong interest in AI innovation and its potential to transform B2B commerce and supplier ecosystems. Deep knowledge of procurement, spend management, supplier lifecycle management, risk management, or supplier information management. Benefits: Opportunity to influence the strategy and growth of a global B2B supplier network. Work on innovative AI-powered products and enterprise technology solutions.
