Product execution and delivery: Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, prioritize development initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and maintain momentum from discovery through launch. Stakeholder alignment: Build consensus across technical and non-technical teams, communicate product priorities and decisions effectively, and ensure alignment between product investments and business objectives. Performance evaluation and continuous improvement: Measure the impact of roadmap initiatives on revenue, adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and risk reduction, using insights to inform future improvements. Requirements: Bring at least 10 years of product management experience , with a proven track record of managing complex products from strategy and discovery through development, launch, and optimization. Have experience in payments, billing, financial technology, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain. Demonstrate strong customer empathy, commercial awareness, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes. Possess experience developing product visions, managing multi-quarter roadmaps, prioritizing competing initiatives, and balancing customer needs, revenue potential, risk, and technical constraints. Have a strong understanding of billing and payment workflows, subscription models, revenue operations, or related financial technology processes. Demonstrate the ability to use product analytics, experimentation, and performance metrics to evaluate initiatives, validate assumptions, and guide strategic decisions. Be an effective cross-functional leader who can align engineering, design, data science, finance, legal, compliance, and customer-facing teams around shared goals. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product decisions, explain complex concepts, and influence executives, engineers, and business stakeholders. Demonstrate sound business judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining execution momentum in a complex environment. Hands-on experience with subscription billing, dunning, payment recovery, payment routing, fraud and risk management, or API-based platforms is particularly valuable. Familiarity with data-driven product development, AI-powered product capabilities, and workflow automation is an advantage. Be results-oriented, with the ability to connect product strategy to measurable improvements in payment performance, revenue recovery, customer retention, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
