Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in Ireland. As a Product Manager, you will help improve the performance, reliability, and reach of a technology product operating in the blockchain and decentralized finance ecosystem. You will take ownership of execution quality, ensuring that liquidity sources perform as expected and transactions meet defined success standards. You will also lead the integration of new liquidity providers and ecosystems, expanding product capabilities and market coverage. Working closely with engineering, business development, quality assurance, and data teams, you will turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable product priorities. You will use analytics, monitoring, and experimentation to identify issues, guide decisions, and continuously improve product performance. The role offers the opportunity to influence a technically sophisticated product within a collaborative, international, and remote-first environment. This position is open to candidates based in Europe, with a strong emphasis on ownership, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Own execution quality across the aggregation product, defining performance standards and developing the metrics, monitoring processes, and features needed to improve transaction success rates. Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems, from identifying opportunities and assessing requirements to coordinating implementation and launch. Collaborate closely with the technical lead to translate business objectives and technical requirements into clear product specifications, well-defined engineering tickets, and actionable development priorities. Monitor API behavior, tool performance, and transaction outcomes to identify anomalies, investigate issues, and address potential problems before they affect partners or end users. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including decentralized exchanges and other liquidity providers, ensuring effective communication and successful integrations. Work cross-functionally with business development, quality assurance, and data teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement. Analyze product performance data to identify trends, evaluate execution quality, and translate insights into measurable product decisions. Take ownership of product initiatives from discovery through delivery, maintaining a high standard of execution, attention to detail, and accountability. Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values diverse perspectives, thoughtful decision-making, continuous improvement, and learning from experimentation. Requirements Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering and improving products in technically complex environments. Mandatory blockchain experience, ideally gained within a blockchain company, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem and its technical and operational challenges. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify patterns, investigate issues, and translate findings into actionable product decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently with external partners such as decentralized exchanges. Ability to translate complex technical problems into clear requirements, practical solutions, and well-structured tasks for engineering teams. Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies, investigating unexpected behavior, and maintaining product quality. Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in product management, including actively incorporating AI into everyday workflows. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a structured, process-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively. A collaborative mindset, taking ownership of work from beginning to end while remaining open to feedback, adapting to changing priorities, and seeking support when needed. Nice to have: Experience working on data-driven products or products where data quality and performance monitoring are essential. Previous experience monitoring API performance, improving execution quality, or managing technically complex product integrations. Familiarity with aggregation, routing, liquidity management, or related products in the cryptocurrency, decentralized finance, or fintech sectors. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every listed preference, provided their experience and skills align with the role's core responsibilities. Benefits Annual company offsites: Opportunities to connect with colleagues in person through international team gatherings. Previous destinations have included Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece. 30 days of paid time off: Generous annual leave to support rest and work-life balance. Flexible remote work: Remote working arrangements with additional flexibility around working locations. Flexible working hours: Organize your schedule to support productivity and personal commitments. Equity participation from day one: The opportunity to participate in company equity ownership. Work equipment: An entitlement to a work computer, with a choice of equipment. Annual personal development budget: €1,000 per year after six months of employment, prorated during the first year. One-time remote work budget: €1,000 to support coworking expenses, home office setup, or other remote working needs.
