We are seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Product Manager to help shape and manage a diverse hardware portfolio in a fast-paced technology environment. This role spans the full product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and developing business cases to product launches, performance optimization, and end-of-life planning. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, sales, and customer success teams to deliver reliable, competitive, and profitable hardware solutions. Your work will help improve customer experiences across point-of-sale systems, peripherals, mobile devices, displays, kiosks, IoT, and emerging technologies. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy, translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps, and bring innovative hardware solutions to market. The position is remote within eligible U.S. states, with occasional travel required.

Manage the hardware portfolio: Support products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, ongoing optimization, and end-of-life transitions. Build product business cases: Evaluate opportunities for new hardware products, accessories, and portfolio expansion, using market insights and financial analysis to inform recommendations. Develop product strategies and roadmaps: Contribute to short- and long-term roadmaps by assessing customer needs, competitive offerings, emerging technologies, and business priorities. Monitor product performance: Track revenue, margins, adoption, product quality, and customer satisfaction, partnering with Finance and Operations to improve pricing, profitability, inventory, and lifecycle planning. Translate requirements into solutions: Gather customer and business needs and turn them into clear, prioritized product requirements that guide development and execution. Lead cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align stakeholders and deliver product development and launch milestones. Coordinate hardware and software experiences: Work with software product teams to ensure hardware products integrate effectively into cohesive customer solutions. Engage with customers and the market: Synthesize customer feedback, field insights, and market trends; support strategic sales opportunities, product demonstrations, customer advisory discussions, and executive briefings. Support product positioning and launches: Help develop messaging, positioning, sales enablement resources, launch content, and readiness plans for new products and updates. Drive operational excellence: Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies; support supplier and manufacturing partner relationships; and maintain product documentation, competitive analyses, and portfolio reports. Requirements Professional experience: 3–7 years of Product Management experience in hardware, technology, retail technology, hospitality technology, or a related industry. Product lifecycle expertise: Demonstrated experience managing products from initial concept and development through launch, optimization, and retirement. Analytical capabilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and make data-informed recommendations. Business and financial acumen: Experience developing business cases and product requirements, with an understanding of commercial objectives and product profitability. Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams. Communication skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate product strategies and recommendations clearly. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Travel availability: Willingness and ability to travel approximately 5–15% of the time. Preferred industry experience: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, restaurant or hospitality technology, kiosks, mobility solutions, payment hardware, or enterprise hardware products. Additional technical knowledge: Experience with IoT products and an understanding of hardware development lifecycles, manufacturing, supply chain operations, and quality processes. Partner management: Experience working with original design manufacturers (ODMs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), or other hardware partners is an advantage. Advanced commercial skills: Familiarity with financial modeling, pricing strategies, and product profit-and-loss (P&L) management is preferred. Advanced education: An MBA or another advanced degree is a plus. Benefits Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, with the final offer depending on work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. Additional compensation: Bonus eligibility; other compensation, such as commission or equity, may be available where applicable. Remote work: Remote position available in eligible U.S. states, including Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
