Product Manager II

In this role, you will help shape product strategy and deliver innovative solutions that address evolving customer needs in an enterprise technology environment. You will contribute to product roadmaps, translate business requirements into actionable specifications, and guide initiatives from initial ideation through launch and continuous improvement. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that product development remains aligned with customer expectations and strategic objectives. You will leverage market research, competitive analysis, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive informed product decisions. You will also use AI-powered tools to streamline product documentation, develop product briefs, and create prototypes that support faster innovation. Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify emerging trends, understand user challenges, and uncover opportunities for product innovation. Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to inform product planning and development. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define product scope, coordinate execution, and support successful product launches. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, product specifications, and development priorities. Create and maintain product documentation, including product briefs, requirements documents, user stories, specifications, and release notes. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, improve documentation quality, generate product briefs, and develop prototypes that help validate concepts and requirements. Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, launch, post-launch evaluation, and ongoing optimization. Monitor product performance using defined success metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and business impact. Work closely with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities, communicate priorities, manage expectations, and maintain alignment throughout the product development lifecycle. Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to support iterative delivery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. Contribute to a customer-centric product culture by ensuring that product decisions are informed by evidence, measurable outcomes, and evolving business needs. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in product management , preferably within enterprise software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments. A minimum of 15 years of formal education . Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and modern product development practices. Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery. Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to support product decisions. Proficiency in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product briefs, and technical or functional specifications. Practical knowledge of AI-powered tools for creating product briefs, generating documentation, and developing prototypes to support product discovery and validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate alternatives, and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Outcome-oriented mindset, including experience defining success metrics, tracking product performance, and measuring the impact of product initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product requirements, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a collaborative environment. A customer-focused approach, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines. An MBA from a reputable institution is preferred. Experience launching products from the ground up, including zero-to-one product development, is an advantage. Familiarity with the escrow, title insurance, or mortgage industries, including their business processes, workflows, and challenges, is desirable.
