ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Product Manager, Payments and Retail Expansion, you will work at the intersection of media and technology, introducing Audible's unique value proposition and immersive storytelling to new customers around the world. You will focus relentlessly on customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product features that will surprise and delight our customers and drive Audible customer growth.

As a Product Manager, Payments and Retail Expansion, you will...

  • Contribute to product roadmaps and execute features that enhance Audible's user experience and drive Audible customer growth
  • Design, launch, and analyze experiments using statistical rigor to maximize customer and business value
  • Prioritize backlogs, accelerate team workflows, and remove blockers to optimize feature development
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver outcomes for new customers
  • Have some familiarity with payments and growth

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in technical product or program management
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience in payments, retail, or e-commerce product development
  • Experience building and optimizing advertising capabilities
  • Experience leveraging agentic AI tools for product development, such as AI-driven prototyping, code generation, or product experimentation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
