We are seeking a Product Sales Director – Procedure to serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to Sales, helping customers understand the value of IMO Health's Core Procedure solution and how it can address complex clinical and data challenges. This role partners closely with the Provider Sales Team throughout the sales cycle to understand customer needs, qualify use cases, shape deal strategy, present product capabilities, and communicate the business value and ROI of IMO Health's solutions. The Product Sales Director will also bring market and customer insights back to internal teams to help strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate combines healthcare technology expertise, strong clinical and workflow knowledge, and commercial acumen with the confidence to engage a range of customer stakeholders. They are a compelling presenter, strategic thinker, and collaborative partner who can operate independently and quickly develop deep expertise in IMO Health's products.
Serve as a trusted Procedure subject matter expert who helps Sales teams understand customer challenges, communicate solution value, and advance customer opportunities. Translate clinical workflows, product capabilities, and data quality insights into meaningful business, operational, and clinical value for provider organizations and healthcare stakeholders. Gather and share customer feedback, competitive observations, and emerging market needs to help improve product positioning, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle as a product and clinical subject matter expert. Participate in customer meetings to understand business challenges, workflows, and use cases. Translate customer needs into solution recommendations aligned with IMO Health's Procedure offerings. Deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions tailored to executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences. Connect IMO Health's product capabilities to customer priorities, workflows, and desired outcomes. Present and explain data quality assessments, helping customers understand findings, implications, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal Data, Clinical, Mapping, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support customer opportunities and develop customer-facing materials. Build credibility and relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the evaluation and decision-making process. Support RFP/RFI responses, customer evaluations, and other activities that help advance sales opportunities. Represent IMO Health at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events. Share customer feedback, market observations, and competitive insights with internal teams. Develop and maintain knowledge of Epic workflows, healthcare technology, clinical operations, and market trends relevant to IMO Health's Procedure solutions.
3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, clinical operations, or the Epic ecosystem, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical processes. Candidates with relevant clinical experience within a health system and Epic experience will also be considered. Ability to understand customer challenges and workflows and connect them to technology solutions. Ability to clearly articulate product capabilities, business value, and customer outcomes. Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to adapt messaging for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences. Collaborative and consultative approach to working with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to develop deep expertise in IMO Health's products and capabilities. Ability to travel approximately 25% .
Experience working for Epic or supporting Epic implementations, optimization, or clinical workflows within a health system. Experience with Epic modules such as Beaker, Radiant, or Lumens . Experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Data, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams. Familiarity with laboratory, radiology, procedural, pharmacy, or broader clinical operations. Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or complex solution environments. Understanding of healthcare interoperability and clinical data environments.
