Overview
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory.
Responsibilities

Monitor work orders from initiation to completion.

Accurately manage work orders including status updates, work order follow-up and preparation for invoicing.

Prepare work orders and process work order revisions.

Investigate, coordinate and resolve work order issues working directly with Customer Service, Production and DC’s.

Prepare and review open work order reports.

Work closely with production to track doors daily/weekly to ensure inventory accuracy.

Head up research for variances during physical inventories and cycle counts.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
One to two years previous work-related experience.
-
Must occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, and bend.

Computer skills required; Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), production systems, etc.
