Full job description
The role develops theory, practical and refresher training, maintains training records and course content, conducts technical assessments and mentoring, and supports compliant technical-training standards across Etihad Technical Operations.
Requirements & qualifications
Etihad lists a valid GCAA and/or EASA Part-66 or ICAO Type II licence and/or an appropriate engineering degree, a recognized engineering apprenticeship, formal technical training on at least one Etihad aircraft type, a trainer qualification, and at least eight years of aviation-maintenance experience including five years in technical training, assessment and development.
