To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Manager E-foiling to join us as soon as possible.
Your Mission
As Product Manager E-Foiling, you combine technical product expertise with a commercial mindset. You are the central link between Product, Sales, Marketing, manufacturing partners and our international markets. You ensure that our electric foiling portfolio is planned around market demand, clearly positioned and successfully brought to market.
Your focus is on product management, commercial planning and technical market support. Product Development, Industrialization and Quality remain with the respective specialist functions, with whom you work closely.
- Product and demand planning: Own forecasting, demand planning and commercial product planning, including product calculations and business cases in alignment with Sales and manufacturing partners.
- Market and portfolio analysis: Turn market, sell-through, inventory and performance data into actionable recommendations for portfolio, supply and sales decisions.
- Operational coordination: Coordinate product allocations, production schedules and call-off orders, and ensure reliable product data across ERP and operational systems.
- Technical product communication: Build in-depth knowledge of the complete portfolio and translate technical features into clear customer benefits, USPs and sales arguments.
- Sales support and training: Develop technical product information, sales tools and presentations, deliver product training and support technical customer discussions and dealer meetings.
- Product launches: Coordinate market readiness for launches, ensuring that product information, training and sales materials are available on time.
- Market feedback: Collect and evaluate feedback from markets, dealers, customers and warranty cases, and follow up with Product Development, Industrialization and Quality.
- Market presence: Represent Duotone electric and our products at events, demos and international meetings.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management, technical product marketing, application engineering or a comparable role with commercial responsibilities
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for sophisticated products
- Experience in forecasting, sales and demand planning, product calculations or business cases
- Ability to analyse data and communicate complex technical topics in a clear, commercially relevant way
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, manufacturing partners, dealers or international distributors
- Confident presentation and communication skills, with an enthusiasm for training and direct customer interaction
- A structured, independent working style and the ability to drive topics across different functions
- Proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools
- Experience in foiling, e-mobility or other technical consumer products is a must
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
