The Professional Services Consultant will lead customer implementation projects and initial training sessions for enterprise clients. This customer-facing role is responsible for guiding organizations from proof of value through successful deployment and adoption. You will combine project management, technical consulting, and cybersecurity expertise to deliver smooth and scalable implementations. Working across Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success, you will coordinate stakeholders and ensure customer goals are translated into effective technical solutions. The role involves navigating enterprise email environments, integrations, migrations, and security technologies while proactively managing risks and challenges. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, including senior IT and information security leaders.
