This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Control SME based in United States. This role provides program control and acquisition support for complex defense sustainment programs involving advanced early warning and radar systems. The position works closely with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, performance, and acquisition activities. You will analyze program data, develop reports and executive-level briefings, and support major program reviews. The role also contributes to acquisition documentation, schedules, plans, and regulatory reporting. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential when working across senior stakeholders and technical teams. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado, supporting mission-critical government programs.

Support program leadership in assessing cost, schedule, performance, and acquisition baselines across complex sustainment programs. Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to gather, analyze, and measure program effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, and progress. Develop and maintain acquisition documentation, including briefings, reports, plans, schedules, and program status materials. Support statutory and regulatory acquisition reporting, including required program reporting such as DAES and MAR. Participate in program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews, providing accurate information and actionable updates. Prepare executive-level briefings, schedules, and background materials covering program status, acquisition activities, events, and key initiatives. Provide administrative and staff support to senior managers and organizational leadership, including researching topics, compiling information, and reviewing CDRL packages. Draft clear, factual, concise, and appropriately coordinated written communications and documents for leadership review and approval. Monitor taskings, initiatives, and issues, ensuring leadership remains informed of matters affecting the mission organization. Disseminate program policies, guidance, and initiative information throughout the organization. Coordinate meetings and conferences, including scheduling, participant coordination, virtual and physical meeting setup, documentation, minutes, attendance records, and action items. Maintain scheduling and conferencing documentation, equipment logs, setup instructions, and other materials required for effective meeting execution. Requirements U.S. citizenship is required. Active Top Secret security clearance is required. High school diploma with at least 15 years of directly related experience, including 8 years of Department of Defense or Department of War experience. Preferred candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 12 years of directly related experience, including 10 years of DoD/DoW experience. Strong knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles, policies, and practices, including frameworks defined in DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5000.75. Understanding of organizational roles and relationships across the Department of Defense, Space Force, and Air Force environments. Experience supporting program managers with cost, schedule, performance, acquisition documentation, reporting, and program reviews. Strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex program information and communicate findings clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished executive briefings, reports, plans, and correspondence. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, monitor taskings, and maintain accurate program documentation. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
